SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship all orders via USPS. If you need to receive your item(s) quicker, please email us and use the subject QUICK DELIVERY NEEDED.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience. You may return items postmarked within 15 calendar days of receipt for a refund less the shipping charges. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with all tags attached and packaging included. Shoes should be returned unworn with the original packaging. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow 2 weeks for processing from the time you mail your item(s). We will contact you once we receive your return.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
Please note: Made to order product, boots, sale items and vintage items may not be returned.
